TRI takes an interdisciplinary approach to business, economic, and public policy issues. Through systematic and reasoned methods, TRI gathers and analyzes business and scientific data with an eye towards the historical, social, and political contexts that explain the significance of trends and anomalies. This approach provides a comprehensive understanding of problems facing public and private institutions and provides viable options for future decision-making.

Included among the eclectic group of TRI member scholars and associates are demographers, economists, mathematicians, lawyers, and financial and public policy analysts with decades of experience in the private and public sectors. Our research experience includes work at all levels of government on a national basis,

and for small businesses as well as Fortune 10 corporations and Fortune 100 corporations. Further, TRI’s experience in the public and private spheres includes a multitude of international projects. Our testimony includes presentations to state and local governments, both houses of Congress, regulatory authorities, and a wide range of international agencies and governments.

Projects brought to TRI are first analyzed to consider the range of fields and scope of research necessary to give a complete understanding of the issue. After, a team of scholars drawn from TRI’s membership and wide network of associates is assembled to perform and complete study on the issue.

Once research is finished, TRI facilitates bringing the findings into action by offering consulting services, award winning graphic design and presentations, speaking appearances, and expert testimony. From the genesis of a project to its

delivery, TRI works closely with its private and public partners to ensure a comprehensive study and effective implementation.
